This piece of artwork instantly grabbed me. There was something so simple about this piece yet so clever. I love how it is a play on words but it turns it into something beautiful. I love the way that the artist almost used like a blotching technique to make the color shine through. Instead of just blending in colors or slowly fading them us the artist piles them on which I really like. I also think that the proportions of the baby and the hand are really interesting because the baby looks small but at the same time it is the focus of the painting. It is a very beautiful piece that kind of reminds me of Micah.
